Forzag Fitness is a heart-pumping high-intensity interval training class focused on burning fat, building lean muscle and making you sweat! Sweat To Success
Sweat to Success is a functional, no-frills bootcamp that is designed to get you results. The tone of each workout is set at the beginning of class, and your intention is revisited throughout the program to ensure you’re getting what you came for. Some classes are sped up for high-intensity, cardio fat-burning, and others are slowed down for strength building. At the heart of each workout, it's all about RESULTS.
ONEFIT classes bring a celebrity strength coach directly into your home! Gym floors and free-weights can be intimidating when you face them alone, but with ONEFIT, Stan will lead you through proper form, techniques, and exercises to sculpt the body of your dreams and build confidence. The classes are all designed to body-target, keeping them short and effective. With routines that incorporate dumbbell exercises, super-set with a HIIT burn, you'll get what you came here for in no time -- STRENGTH + SWEAT + RESULTS. Equipment is minimal, making ONEFIT an option for everyone no matter where you prefer to work out. Just be ready to work... and have a little fun while you're at it! After all, laughing may contribute to ONEFIT's 8-minute core burn. Just saying.
luly is a program that provides instruction, tools, and resources to help our community of women take health, healing, and happiness into their own hands. We believe that approaching fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness in a holistic way and out of love for yourself will yield the strongest and most sustainable results. The luly workouts combine several modalities, including resistance, plyometric, cardio, balance, and flexibility work. The goal of the program is to build strength and endurance through the use of circuit-style weight training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Nicole will guide you through your sweat sessions while pouring positive energy into every class, leaving you feeling strong and centered.

Core Rhythm Fitness
Core Rhythm Fitness (CRF) is passionate about mind, body and spirit transformation. Founded by CEO, Rodrick Covington, they are a boutique nutrition/fitness company based out of New York City. They believe the best way to transform the body is by starting with the core! Pilates is the foundation of their methodology. This is how they build core strength and create alignment in the body. CRF is geared towards shredding, leaning and toning the body, engaging the mind, and empowering the spirit.
B.A.M! stands for Building Athletic Movement. This bootcamp is designed to help you become more fit and teach you to move effectively. B.A.M! combines calisthenics, core work, movement specific progressions, and mobility. You spend the class building up to a HIIT block of work, consisting of functional and explosive movements, leaving you sweaty but ready to jump faster and higher than before. While it might not start out immediately as intense as some HIIT classes, it will quickly pick up speed. The H.I.I.T. version of this class will often implement EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) and AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible) formats, while the recovery class will mostly consist of stretching flows.
AMRAP Mentality: Working against the clock to optimize your time, and your workout. Get a full body workout with CrossFit legend Jason Khalipa as he teaches you to work for As Many Reps As Possible. Workouts typically require a dumbbell and last 12-20 minutes.
Brave Body Project is a sweaty party with your girlfriends! Brave Body Project offers two styles of classes: beat-based and time-based. The beat-based class is a fast-paced, hybrid workout combining strength & cardio. You'll work on strength, stamina, balance, coordination, and lots of core and booty work - all set to a carefully curated bangin' playlist! The time-based classes are 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of recovery in between each move. Whether you're sweating with us in our beat-based or time-based classes, we promise you'll have fun, sweat your booty off, and build a strong, beautiful bod you can be proud of.

Using military bootcamp techniques, and some additional secrets that Coss developed himself, this program is designed to be completed anywhere, anytime.
Steve Aoki is always on the go - traveling for shows, interviews, appearances, and more! Aoki Bootcamp was born out of Steve’s passion for fitness and making time in his hectic schedule to break a sweat wherever and whenever he can. No excuses! Steve’s workouts consist of mostly bodyweight training, and he loves to work out with trainers and fitness enthusiasts as he travels around the world. On NEOU, Aoki Bootcamp is taught by Christi Marraccini, the head instructor of GO.
