Align & Flow
Align & Flow is a yoga class designed to help you test your physical limits, to expand your body and breath awareness in each pose, and most importantly to laugh and let go. Kendra takes you through a challenging and dynamic flow but finds balance by focusing on mindful and safe alignment, making her classes suitable for all levels. You can expect this class to be informative, as Kendra prepares the body to build to a peak pose with the goal of deepening your practice each time you hit the mat. Kendra also offers Align & Flow Slow, a class that guides you through each posture, helping you to gain a better understanding of the poses so that you can get stronger and more confident each time you practice.
Om The Journey
It’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey. ‘The Journey; with Ceasar’ is about traveling the path to an overall better connection between physical, mental and spiritual health. Om The Journey is a guided Vinyasa flow that will combine dynamically driven movements and a restorative flow. This combined power and restorative flow will help to build overall strength and length to muscles as well as slow down to focus on controlled movements.
Kat Fowler's class combines traditional yoga principles with the modern demands of an urban lifestyle to recalibrate the mind, body, and nervous system. Each practice is intelligently and intentionally designed, pairing dynamic movement of varying intensity levels with breath work to create a tangible shift in your energy. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, your mind re-grounded, and your energy levels replenished. This is an open level practice.
Warrior Asana is a combination of athletic mobility drills, basic Vinyasa flows, and rhythmic swings to increase flexibility, dynamic strength, strength endurance, relieve tension, and reset your body. Warriors assess situations quickly. We know when to move quickly or slowly and when to lean in or pull back. We always do this in a manner that is seamless and efficient.
Warrior Asana was built to make yoga more athletic and rhythmic to get beginner yogis and athletes out of their head and into their bodies and learn how to flow. This practice will help you hone your skills to analyze and assess a situation and move in a more efficient manner – energetically and with only the necessary amount of effort. When you can move and think in a calmer more efficient way it will spill over into other areas of your life.

Growing up a competitive gymnast, flexibility, and strength have always been incorporated into Britney’s workouts. In MOVE, Britney combines her knowledge of yoga and gymnastics. You can expect a dynamic flow that has a similar feel to yoga stretching, while including body-shaping and body-weight conditioning from a gymnastics approach. Britney believes core strength and bodyweight movements are a necessary tool for overall health and wellness. And of course, start to get comfortable getting upside down. Let’s move!
Breathe & Be with Gesticulate
Breathe & Be is a mindful approach to yoga focusing on physical sensation to find organic alignment within the body. Mindfulness begins with a connection to breath and through this connection, students are guided to develop their own personal intuition within their movement. The practice incorporates all level movement with options and modifications to support your personal practice goals. Whether you are looking to improve your flexibility, coordination and strength or looking for recovery from your busy life or workout, Breathe & Be is a practice that will help you to move mindfully and find your own mental and physical edge.
The Breathing Class
In The Breathing Class with Dr. Belisa Vranich you’ll get a very precise baseline with a functional breathing test (BIQ) that will let you know exactly how well you breathe and how it is affecting your body and mind. You’ll learn how to correct your breathing, strengthen your breathing muscles and learn a short “relax-fast” recovery breath (active meditation) to use daily. This is an intensive, dynamic process where you will feel relief immediately.
